NetSuite Commerce Functional Consultant - Fully Remote - Up To 160k USD
Aretiforce are seeking a skilled and motivated NetSuite Commerce Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on helping clients leverage NetSuite’s SuiteCommerce platform to achieve their e-commerce goals. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in NetSuite ERP, SuiteCommerce, and related functionalities, along with a deep understanding of e-commerce operations and business processes. This is a client-facing role, requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skill.
Role: NetSuite Commerce Functional Consultant
Location: Wisconsin or Minnesota (Remote with occasional on-site client visits)
Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 USD (DOE), plus bonus and benefits
We are looking for candidates with the following:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and e-commerce requirements.
- Configure and customize NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) and SuiteCommerce Site Builder solutions to meet client needs.
- Lead workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to map business processes to NetSuite functionality.
- Provide subject matter expertise in e-commerce workflows, including inventory management, order processing, and customer experience.
- Develop detailed functional specifications for customizations and integrations with third-party systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams, including developers and system integrators, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Perform testing and quality assurance on system configurations and customizations.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure successful system adoption.
- Stay updated with the latest NetSuite SuiteCommerce releases and best practices.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant with a focus on SuiteCommerce.
- Proven expertise in implementing and optimizing SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) or SuiteCommerce Standard.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce processes, including product catalog management, web merchandising, and checkout workflows.
- Proficiency in configuring NetSuite workflows, reports, and saved searches.
- Experience with integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications (e.g., payment gateways, shipping providers).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
